We based our new collection of lidded Larder Crocks on a traditional French ironstone preserving jar, with their straight-sided form and elegant concave lip. Can store everything from flour, sugar, and Herbs de Provence to pasta and dry legumes — they can double variously as serving dishes for tortillas, or as receptacles for olive pits. Also safe for fermentation. Each crock is fully glazed on the interior.
