Seseragi Bread Knife

The large wave cuts through hard bread without slipping, and the small wave cuts through soft bread without crushing it.

The straight tip of the blade allows you to cut bread without leaving any residue until the very end.

The sharpness of the Seki blade prevents crumbs from forming and allows for a pleasant cut with light force. Because the wave blade is a special technique, we do not recommend resharpening it at home. Also, excessive resharpening may cause damage to the blade.
