A ceramic grater using ceramic fragments that are embedded within the surface of the grater, create a very sharp and clean cut no matter what the ingredients are. With how sharp the teeth are, you need little to no power when using it as well as you don’t need to worry about the grater shifting at all during use, due to the silicone base it has on the bottom of the grater. The ceramic base is made from traditional Iwami Clay that is not only excellent in durability, it gives you the ease of cleaning while stains and smells do not stick.
